Humanity's Ultimate Battle (H.U.B.) series
The Humanity's Ultimate Battle (H.U.B.) series has been an amazing ride so far for me. It's funny because this whole idea started off as a joke between myself and a co-worker of mine when we were discussing the vampires in Twilight and how much we absolutely hated them.
Fast forward a few months and the first Volume of H.U.B. was completed.

I put this out as an ebook in March and got some decent results but I wasn't happy with them so I knew that I had to raise the ante so I immediately started work on Volume 2: Blowback and that's when things really started to take off.

Through Twitter, Facebook and sending out emails to various website owners to get it reviewed all that good stuff I was able to build (and continue to build) a nice little buzz about the series. After a little trial and error with Volume 1 I was better able to get the word out about Volume 2 and make up for the shortcomings that I experienced with Volume 1. I was able to tighten the formatting for the Nook & Kindle e-readers that they're both on and was able to get it reviewed by some great people and everything has just been lovely.
